Description

EXPP: The application seeks a Section 5 Declaration to confirm that proposed temporary works at the subject site are exempted development in accordance with Class 16 of Schedule 2 Part 1 of the Planning and Development Regulations 2001 to 2023. The works consist of modifications to the site boundary to create a temporary access point with security gates which are required in conjunction with other exempted development taking place within the DUB11 building.
