Description
3. The following requirements of the Conservation Officer shall be complied with; (b) Prior to the commencement of the development, the applicant shall submit for the written approval of the planning authority: (i) Elevation, section, plan and detail drawings of the proposed stairs to basement with accompanying photo montages of selected high-quality finishes. Drawings shall indicate how the proposed stairs would be constructed and connect to historic fabric including floors and walls. (ii) Revised floor plans to reduce the basement floor spine wall opening from 3070mm to a width of 2400mm as per the proposed at upper ground floor level opening.
