Description

2. Prior to commencement of development the developer shall submit revised drawings, plans and particulars showing the following amendments for the written agreement of the planning authority: a) The vehicular entrance shall be created by widening the existing pedestrian entrance to not more than 3.0m. The existing boundary treatment, or a boundary of a similar height, shall be retained over the remaining area of the site frontage. Any wall shall be capped and shall be plastered or rendered to match the finish of the existing house. b) The paved area within the front garden shall be the minimum required for pedestrian access and circulation and the parking of one car and shall be constructed of permeable material. The remainder of the front garden area shall consist of soft landscaping c) The revised plans shall include an amended contextual elevational drawing (Drawing 2512-06) which accurately shows the position of the house on the terrace. Reason: In the interests of visual amenity.
