4. The following requirements of the Conservation Division shall be complied with: c) The applicant shall revise the design of the roof opening over the terrace so that it is more harmonious with the established roof light proportions along the terrace. Revised drawings shall be submitted for the written agreement of the Conservation Officer, including a revised roof plan and a detail section drawing at a scale of 1:5 of the proposed roof opening. d) In advance of work commencing on site, the applicant shall submit the following information for the written agreement of the Conservation Officer: (i) Details of the proposed low profile heritage roof light. (ii) A method statement for the work to the front façade including the proposed masonry pier and proposed finish including details of any repairs to the existing finish on the front façade. (iii) A proposed window schedule at a scale of 1:20 including window material and glazing specifications. (iv) A full photographic and drawn record of the existing granite paving shall be carried out prior to the removal of the slabs and all slabs shall be numbered, to allow for the correct reinstatement of the slabs and shall be submitted for the written agreement of the Conservation Officer. The removal and re-laying shall be carried out in accordance with best conservation practice and the Advice Series on Paving, The Conservation of Historic Ground Surfaces (2015).
