Description

2. Prior to the commencement of development, the applicant/developer shall submit revised plans, elevations and sections to provide a revised high level window on the western elevation at first floor level to match the design and positioning of the high level windows to the rear elevation. Development shall not commence until revised plans, drawings and particulars showing the above amendments have been submitted to, and agreed in writing by the Planning Authority, and such works shall be fully implemented prior to the occupation of the buildings.
