2. The proposed development shall comply with the following requirements of the Conservation Division: f. During the course of the development, the applicant shall submit for the written approval of the planning authority: ii. The applicant shall prepare a small sample area of raking out and repointing of the brickwork and the proposed repairs to internal plasterwork. The proposed pointing and internal plaster shall be NHL2 pointing and plaster.
