2. Prior to commencement of development, the developer shall submit a revised set of drawings, for the written agreement of the Planning Authority, to show the following amendments: a) The floor to ceiling height of the proposed extension shall be reduced from 2.7 metres to 2.4 metres high, with an overall reduction in height of the extension by c.300mm b) The 2 metre high perimeter fence shall be omitted from this development c) The velux roof light on the side elevation roof to be omitted
