9. The development shall comply with the following requirements of the Drainage Division: c) The development shall incorporate the Green-Blue roof and limited discharge rates in the management of surface water as per submission by OBA Consulting Civil & Structural Engineers. Full details of these shall be agreed in writing with DPPDC Section prior to commencement of construction.
