3. Opening Hours The opening hours of the gym shall be limited to: Monday – Friday 7am – 7pm and Saturday 8am – 6pm and shall not open outside of those hours without the prior written agreement of the planning authority. Reason: to protect the residential amenity of the student housing overhead.
