The development will consist of: Relocation of the previously granted pedestrian gate reg ref: 4439/22 off Cowper Road in place of the existing vehicular entrance and the existing pedestrian gate is to remain in the existing position which was previously proposed to be blocked under reg ref: 4439/22.
