8. The development shall comply with the following archaeology requirements of the Planning Authority: c) An archaeological impact assessment (including temporary and enabling works) and method statement for mitigation, shall be provided in advance for written agreement of the Planning Authority. No construction or site preparation work may be carried out on the site prior to written agreement of the mitigation strategy by the planning authority.
