3. The applicant shall comply with the following Transportation Planning Division requirement: Prior to the commencement of development, the applicant shall submit revised details of the proposed cycle parking for the written agreement of the Planning Authority. The proposed short-term/visitor Sheffield cycle parking stands shall be positioned with a minimum clearance of 0.4m from any structure to ensure adequate access and ease of use for cyclists. Reason: In the interest of pedestrian and vehicular safety.
