Description

8. Prior to the commencement of development, a bat and swift survey shall be undertaken. The methodology and timing shall be agreed in advance, in writing, with the planning authority. The survey shall be undertaken by a suitably qualified ecologist during the active season (for bats specifically). The survey reports shall be submitted to, and agreed in writing with, the planning authority. Reason: In the interest of the protection of bats and swifts.
