4. The development shall comply with the following requirements of the Transportation Planning Division: b) Prior to the commencement of development, the design, layout, dimensions and demarcation of a minimum of 36 no. spaces consistent with Section 6.5.1 of the Cycle Design Manual, published by the National Transport Authority shall be submitted for the written agreement of the planning authority.
