Description

PROTECTED STRUCTURE : The development will consist of the following works, (a) new bedroom and ensuite bathroom to the front with the kitchen being relocated to the rear including widening of existing rear opening, all at Lower Ground Floor, (b) removal of internal columns and reduction of opening to facilitate new double doors between the two reception rooms at Ground Floor, (c) omission of bathroom to rear and replacement with new bedroom and also a new en-suite bathroom to the front bedroom at First Floor Level (d) also, minor elevational modifications to the rear.
