5. The following requirements of the Conservation Division shall be complied with c) The following items shall be submitted for the written agreement of the Planning Authority by condition / through compliance in advance of works commencing on site: (i) Submit 1:50 drawings of a high-quality decorative perforated metal screen or planting trellis, possibly reflecting the arch motif above the ground floor windows (at the same height as the top of the proposed AC unit) to be placed along the length of the south upstand to the proposed new roof light that will screen any view of the proposed AC or additional plant items from Stable Lane and its environs. (ii) Submit a written clarification or revised (aerial) CGI image, clarifying the location of the plant in accordance with the plans.
