2. The following requirements of the Engineering Department (Drainage Division) shall be complied with: d) The development shall incorporate Sustainable Drainage Systems (SuDS) in the management of surface water. Full details of the surface water management proposals shall be submitted to the Planning Authority for agreement prior to commencement of the development.
