Description
2. The applicant shall comply with the following transportation requirements of the Planning Authority: a) Prior to commencement of development, the applicant shall submit revised plans to the Planning Authority for written agreement showing a relocated vehicular entrance to the eastern edge of the front boundary wall. The relocated entrance shall have a maximum width of 2.8m and shall not have outward opening gates. The entrance shall be setback 3.3m from the nearby street tree. The vehicular entrance shall be constructed and operate in accordance with the details agreed under this condition.
