7. The following requirements of the Conservation Division shall be complied with b) The following items shall be submitted for the written agreement of the Planning Authority by condition / through compliance in advance of works commencing on site: (i) Clarence Hotel Wellington Quay, Ground floor windows: 1:20 drawings of the existing (altered arrangement) and proposed reinstatement of multi-pane leaded cames and reinstated bronze guardrails – to match the original arrangement (prior to the removal of the leaded cames) 1:20 detailed drawings of the proposed new window, grille and pavement light to replace the existing western door and door opening.
