2. Prior to the commencement of development, revised drawings to provide for the following amendments shall be submitted to and agreed with the Planning Authority: - a) Revised drawings illustrating a reduction in the illuminated ‘Polenez’ text on the facia to a maximum height of 400mm. b) The proposed display wall vinyl fabrication canvas installed on the interior window of the shopfront shall be omitted.
