7. The development shall comply with the following conservation requirements of the Planning Authority: b) Prior to the commencement of the development, the applicant shall submit for the written agreement of the planning authority: (iii) A photographic record and description of each area proposed for inclusion under Number C1 of the schedule of works. The record shall provide annotation to describe the interventions noting that a maximum of historic fabric and finishes shall be retained. The record shall clearly distinguish between modern and historic fabric subject to the works.
