7. The development shall comply with the following conservation requirements of the Planning Authority: b) Prior to the commencement of the development, the applicant shall submit for the written agreement of the planning authority: (i) Drawings to show the layout and proposed ventilation strategy for the gym and sports hall within the historic nave (ii) Evidence to confirm that the void between the historic lancets and the first floor glazed, fire-rated screen would not be subject to condensation or heat build-up.
