9. The development shall comply with the following Drainage requirements of the Planning Authority: e) The development shall incorporate Sustainable Drainage Systems (SuDS) in the management of surface water. The proposed blue roof shall be impended in full, unless otherwise agreed with the Planning Authority. Full details of the surface water management proposals shall be submitted to the Planning Authority for agreement prior to commencement of the development.
