7. The development shall comply with the following conservation requirements of the Planning Authority: b) Prior to the commencement of the development, the applicant shall submit for the written agreement of the planning authority: (iv) Cross-section drawing through the roof and elevation (proposed B9 works) perpendicular to proposed Section E drawing. The general section drawing shall be at 1:25. The connection at dormer/gutter/roof detail shall be at 1:10. Drawings shall clearly show how the junctions shall be waterproofed to prevent moisture penetration. The detail of the roof junction shall be subject to written agreement ensure that a maximum of historic fabric can be retained, as is practicable. (v) Confirmation of the use of cast-iron rainwater goods to the historic church building rather than cast-aluminium. (vi) Method statements and specifications for internal lime plastering and external raking and repointing.
