2. The signage hereby approved shall be amended as follows: a) The material of both signs shall be consist of metal that has a longer lifespan such as steel. b) The proposed halo lighting to both signs shall be omitted and replaced with backlit illumination with a warm colour tone only. c) Fixing details to be submitted at a scale of 1:5 of the new signage showing how the signage will be fixed to the stone at the front elevation without any adverse impact on the stone (i.e. between the joints). Development shall not commence until revised drawings and details are submitted and agreed with the Planning Authority.
