5. The following transportation requirements shall be complied with: (c) Prior to commencement of development, and on appointment of a contractor, a Construction Traffic Management Plan shall be submitted to, and agreed in writing with, the planning authority. The Plan shall include proposals to demonstrate, in consultation with Transport Infrastructure Ireland, that there will be no adverse impacts on the Dublin Tunnel and associated traffic during the course of construction works.
