3. The proposed development shall be amended as follows: c) Prior to commencement of any development on site the developer shall submit for the written agreement of the planning authority details of amelioration measures than confine the viewing cone from the new rear first floor window to within the rear garden area of the site. A rooflight may be provided at roof level over the rear extension to increase levels of daylight to the extension.
