Description

EXPP: The proposed works consist of only modifications and upgrade works to the interior of the existing building. Works shall primarily affect the interior of the buildings, with no external works proposed. The exterior shall remain the same. The interior of the existing building shall be renovated, with minor structural changes to the common area to the front of the ground floor, the room to the front of the first floor, doors, the balconies along the first and second floors, and the walls and staircase on the ground, first and second floors.
