8. Prior to commencement of development revised ground floor plans shall be submitted for the written agreement of the Planning Authority, indicating the ground floor use of Anne’s Bar (44 sq.metres) as a retail or cultural use. Reason: To positively contribute to the variety and diversity of uses in Temple Bar.
