The following requirements of the Conservation Division shall be complied with b) The following items shall be submitted for the written agreement of the Planning Authority by condition / through compliance in advance of works commencing on site: vi) Clarence Hotel Octagon Bar: 1:50 record drawings and photographs of any original material uncovered including remnants of central rooflight, and 1:50 / 1:20 detailed drawings of the proposed roof lantern and lighting arrangement to emulate natural light.
