4. The applicant shall comply with the following Drainage requirements of the Planning Authority: ii. The development hereby permitted shall incorporate Sustainable Drainage Systems in the management of surface water as per submission. Full details of these shall be agreed in writing with the Planning Authority prior to commencement of construction.
