3. The development hereby permitted shall incorporate the following amendments: a) The front extension at first floor level shall be omitted and a hipped roof/canopy shall be provided above the remaining ground floor projection. b) The proposed side gable shall be replaced by a hipped or partly hipped roof. c) The ensuite bathroom window and rear bedroom window in the side extension shall be obscure glazed. Revised drawings, plans and particulars showing the above amendments shall be submitted to the planning authority and written agreement obtained prior to commencement of development.
