7. Finishes/detailing b) Prior to commencement of development the applicant shall submit for the written agreement of the planning authority details showing an alteration to the proposed dark colour to the projecting bays in Block A onto Prussia Street that will reduce their visual dominance on the adjoining Protected Structure at No. 29 and the overall streetscape. c) Prior to commencement of development the applicant shall submit for the written agreement of the planning authority details of additional elevational articulation measures to the exposed blank northern gable of Block A. d) Prior to commencement of development the applicant shall submit for the written agreement of the planning authority details of external fixtures and fittings, such as rainwater goods SVPs, vents, service doors, meter doors. f) Prior to commencement of development the applicant shall submit for the written agreement of the planning authority details of the southern boundary wall to be finished in either brick or stone, so as to reflect the status of the historic rear plots on Prussia Street and the overall quality of the proposed development. g) Prior to commencement of development the applicant shall submit for the written agreement of the planning authority details of elevation finish to the substation and switch room block that reflects the agreed finish to the southern boundary wall, as well as details of appropriate anti-climb measures This block may be finished with a green roof as required h) Prior to commencement of development the applicant shall submit for the written agreement of the planning authority details of finishes to the walls and ceiling of the service entranceway. i) Prior to the commencement of development, details of the materials, colours and textures of all external finishes and detailing, shall be submitted to and agreed in writing by the Planning Authority.
