8. The developer shall comply with the following requirements of the Conservation Section: f) Prior to the works commencing, the applicant shall submit fabrication drawings of the proposed glazing system indicating mullion locations and hopper head details for the written agreement of the Planning Authority. g) Prior to the commencement of development, revised drawings shall be submitted for written agreement of the planning authority which include revised proposals for a reduced diameter of the circular posts (currently 180mm diameter) in order to create a sense of lightness within the proposed extensions. h) Prior to the commencement of development, revised drawings shall be submitted for written agreement of the planning authority which omit the proposed ledge beneath the perimeter glazed rooflight (Proposed cross section C-C) so that the full benefit of the visual separation of the new extension from the historic church by the perimeter glazed rooflight is achieved and all historic fabric (including window heads) remains visible.
