3. The following alterations shall be made, with revised plans to be submitted to the Planning Authority for written agreement prior to commencement of development: a) The dormer shall be reduced to 3 meters in width and more centrally located on the rear roof plane, revised drawings indicating the location of the dormer window shall be submitted. b) A minimum separation of 500mm from the eaves to the dormer shall be retained. c) The proposed increase of 1 meter in height of the existing Chimney stack shall be omitted d) The side roof light shall be omitted, a front or rear roof light may be incorporated should the applicant require additional light. The location and size of alternative rooflights shall be incorporated in to the revised drawings.
