4. The applicant shall comply with the following drainage requirements of the Planning Authority a) All private drainage such as, downpipes, gullies, manholes, armstrong junctions, etc. are to be located within the final site boundary. Private drainage is not permitted in public areas, or areas intended to be taken in charge. Full details of the locations of rainwater downpipes shall be agreed in writing with DPPDC Section prior to commencement of construction. c) The development shall incorporate Sustainable Drainage Systems in the management of surface water as per planning submission. Full details of these shall be agreed in writing with the planning authority prior to commencement of construction.
