5. The developer shall comply with the following requirements of the Transportation Planning Division of Dublin City Council; a) Details of the design of the proposed cycle parking compound and type of cycle parking proposed shall be submitted to and agreed in writing with the Planning Authority prior to commencement of development. The design of the compound shall comply with the access requirements set out in Section 6.5 of the Cycle Design Manual, 2023. development, unless otherwise agreed with the Planning Authority. d) Details of shower and changing facilities in support of the development, provided in accordance with Section 3.2 of Appendix 5 of the Dublin City Development Plan, 2022-2028, shall be submitted to and agreed in writing with the Planning Authority prior to commencement of development. Changing / drying areas, toilets and lockers shall be provided in association with shower facilities. The number of lockers shall relate to the number of additional cycle parking spaces provided.
