Description

EXPP: - The reduction in numbers from 14No. to 11No. 5-a-side playing pitches whilst incorporating 6No. paddle tennis courts within the same footprint, noting a change of sport type from soccer to paddle tennis court use. - The reduction in height of the existing floodlights from 8m down to 6m. - The perimeter of each court will have 3m high glassed wall with 1m high fence over for 4m from the court end and part side of the court to have mesh fencing 4m high to the midcourt section in place of the existing 1.2m wisa board hoardings, 1.2m high mesh panels, with 2.4m high nets above, total height 4.8m (or similar). is not development and is exempted development under the Planning and Development Act 2000 (as amended).
