2. The following requirements of the Planning Authority’s Conservation Section shall be fully complied with in the proposed development: a) Prior to the commencement of development the Applicant shall submit the following for written agreement with the Planning Authority: (i) A methodology for the proposed opening up works and making good of the external walls. (ii) Annotated drawings of the fabric removal that will be required to accommodate ductwork as well as identification of proposed ductwork, flues / extracts.
