4. The development shall be revised as follows: a. The proposed attic level and hipped roof of the garage to the front shall be omitted and replaced with a flat roof. b. The proposed brick pillars and timber gates associated with the widened vehicular entrance and new pedestrian entrance shall be omitted c. Metal gates to the vehicular entrance and new pedestrian entrance shall match the design of the original/existing vehicular gate. Development shall not commence until revised plans, drawings and particulars showing the above amendments have been submitted to, and agreed in writing by the Planning Authority, and such works shall be fully implemented prior to the occupation of the buildings:-
