Description
(i) The removal of 2 no. sheds; (ii) change of use and conversion of a part two-storey with attic level and over lower ground floor, former part residential and part creche / Montessori buildings, to use as a family hub. The proposal also comprises: (vii) covered cycle parking and Sheffield stand providing for a total of 10 no. bicycle parking spaces, 6 no. car parking spaces (including 1 no. accessible space and 2 no. EV charging spaces), 2 no. natural play areas, a meditation garden, 2 no. bin stores, (viii) and all associated engineering and landscaping works necessary to facilitate the proposed development.
