3. The applicant shall comply with the following Drainage requirements of the Planning Authority: ii. The development shall incorporate Sustainable Drainage Systems (SuDS) in the management of surface water. Full details of the surface water management proposals shall be submitted to the Planning Authority for the written agreement of the planning authority prior to commencement of the development.
