Description
5. The development shall comply with the following Transportation Planning Division requirements: a. Prior to commencement of development, the applicant shall submit revised drawings to the Planning Authority for written agreement showing the following: i. A combined vehicular / pedestrian access shall be re-located as close as possible with the boundary to No. 10 Copeland Avenue and showing a separation of 4.3m from the inside edge of the northern pier to the face of the street tree. This distance shall be parallel to the road. ii. A combined vehicular and pedestrian entrance with a maximum width of 2.8m and shall not have outward opening gates. The vehicular / pedestrian access shall be constructed and operate in accordance with the revised drawings agreed under this condition.
