Description

PROTECTED STRUCTURE: Full refurbishment and repair works to the existing Connolly Headquarters Building located adjacent the existing Connolly Railway Station, at Amiens Street, Dublin 1. This is a protected structure. Proposed works include the demolition of an existing small modern extension to the north; installation of a new passenger lift with associated structural alterations; stripping-out of modern alterations to reinstate the former lightwell; reconfiguration of internal layout; general services upgrade throughout; and fabric repairs generally, including roof and external finishes.
