4. The development hereby approved shall comply with the following Transportation Planning Division requirements: a) The applicant shall reduce the width of the vehicular access to a maximum of 3.0m by relocating and reconstructing the pillar on the West side of the vehicle access. Within 2 months of this decision, revised plans clearly illustrating this change shall be submitted to the Planning Authority for written agreement. The applicant shall then construct and operate the proposed vehicular entrance in accordance with the revised plan agreed under this condition.
