Description

The development will consist of the following. Demolition of existing single-storey lean-to extensions to side and rear, sheds and garage 3. All external finishes shall harmonise with the finish of the existing house in respect of materials and colour. The brick from the demolished structures shall be reused in the extension and any additional brick used shall match the existing brick as closely as possible in respect of colour and texture. A sample of the zinc cladding to be used in the extension roof shall be submitted to the planning authority and written agreement obtained prior to commencement of development.
