Description

2. The proposed development shall be amended as follows: (c) The proposed vehicular entrance and widening of an existing vehicular entrance shall be omitted, and a separate pedestrian access shall be provided to number 18 Merlyn Road with an inward opening gate. Revised drawings showing compliance with these requirements shall be submitted to, and agreed in writing with, the planning authority prior to commencement of development.
