3. The developer shall comply with the following requirements of the Conservation requirements of Dublin City Council: d) The applicant shall submit a drawing (scale 1:50) showing the extent of the area to be insulated as this is not clear on the submitted elevations. The proposed insulation is to be agreed in writing with the Conservation Section prior to works being carried out. Justification for the provision of insulation to just this specific area should also be provided, given the potential negative impacts with cold bridging and interstitial condensation.
