7. The Developer shall comply with the following requirements of the Conservation Officer: b) In advance of work commencing on site, the applicant shall submit the following information to the planning authority for their written agreement: i. Hardwood doors and windows should generally be left in their natural timber state and treated appropriately in order to ensure that their inherent natural quality is expressed. The applicant shall submit samples of the proposed paint colours for the modern doors the written agreement of the Planning Authority. The introduction of a grey colour to modern doors is not acceptable ii. The original hardwood doors shall not be painted. The applicant shall confirm an alternative treatment proposal for the original doors.
