Description
3. In advance of work commencing on site, the applicant shall submit the following information with regard to external signage to the planning authority for their written agreement: a) Further clarity on the detail of the proposed signage. (i.e. confirmation if the sign is a painted lettering on the window of the Protected Structure (preferred by the Conservation Officer), if it is a sign box or if it is an independent sign, hanging from the walls / ceilings of the interior. b) All signs except 1 No. sign shall be omitted from the south façade and all signs except the sign over the entrance door shall be omitted from the west façade. c) Illumination of signage along the windows is not supported. This shall be omitted. d) The applicant shall submit detail of the proposed manifestations to the glazed elements.
